Hamood Habibi is Ishaan's brother. Ishaan finds him annoying. It is also mentioned how it's like Sans and Papyrus as Hamood Habibi talks in all caps like Papyrus while Ishaan talks in a more chilled matter like Sans.
How to encounter[]
After beating Neil mode, you need to get a Memory (obtainable only if you're playing in Classic Mode) from the Objectasks Screen, then go back to Ishaan's shop. Ishaan will not show you the menu like he always does with "Buy", "Sell", "Talk" and "Exit" buttons. Instead, he'll talk to you telling you he has eaten all potatoes and that the new stock's coming tomorrow. After those words, Hamood will come out of nowhere and will try to distract Ishaan by telling him that he has to say his full name and that he has got a promotion at his job in McDonald's. He finally leaves Ishaan alone after Ishaan says "anything else". Hamood can also be found after you beat Ishaan Mode, he'll be located in the cafeteria, however he's also corrupted.
